This Privacy Policy describes how B19 Inc. ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the RemoteTouch application ("App").

Our Privacy Commitment

RemoteTouch is designed with privacy as a core principle. We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal data, screen content, or keyboard input to our servers.

1. Information We Collect

RemoteTouch collects minimal data necessary to provide our service:

1.1 Connection Data (Temporary)

Connection Tokens: Randomly generated tokens used to authenticate connections between your devices. These are temporary and not stored on our servers.
IP Addresses: Used only for establishing peer-to-peer connections. Not logged or stored.

1.2 Subscription Data

If you subscribe, Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store) handles all payment processing.
We only receive confirmation of your subscription status (active/inactive).
We do not have access to your payment information.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

            We Never Collect:
            Personal identification information (name, email, phone number)
Screen content, screenshots, or recordings
Keyboard input, passwords, or typed text
Files or documents on your devices
Location data or GPS coordinates
Usage analytics or behavioral tracking data
Device identifiers for advertising purposes

        

3. How Data is Transmitted

RemoteTouch uses direct peer-to-peer connections:

Local Connection: Data travels directly between your mobile device and computer over your local network.
Remote Connection: When using Cloudflare Tunnel for external access, data is encrypted end-to-end.
No Server Storage: Screen sharing data and input commands are never stored on any server.

4. Data Security

All connections between your devices use encryption.
Connection tokens are randomly generated for each session.
WebRTC connections use DTLS encryption for data channels.
No persistent storage of sensitive data.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

5.1 App Distribution

Apple App Store: For iOS app distribution and subscription management. Subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.
Google Play Store: For Android app distribution and subscription management. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.

5.2 Connection Services

Google STUN Servers: Used for WebRTC connection establishment. Only connection metadata is processed; no content is stored.
Cloudflare Tunnel (Optional): For secure remote access. Subject to Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

6. Children's Privacy

RemoteTouch is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

7. Data Retention

Since we do not collect personal data, there is no data to retain. Connection tokens are temporary and expire after each session.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access any personal data we hold about you (we hold none)
Request deletion of your data
Opt out of any data collection (none exists)
Cancel your subscription at any time

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by:

Posting the new Privacy Policy on this page
Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top

Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
