These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the RemoteTouch application ("App") provided by B19 Inc. ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

RemoteTouch is a remote control application that allows you to control your Mac or Windows computer from your iOS or Android mobile device. The App provides features including screen sharing, keyboard input, mouse control, and application management.

2. Subscription Terms

Payment and Billing

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• The subscription price is $2.99 per month.

Free Trial

• New subscribers are eligible for a 3-day free trial.
• The free trial begins when you start your subscription.
• If you cancel during the free trial period, you will not be charged.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Cancellation

• You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your device's account settings.
• For iOS: Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions
• For Android: Google Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your devices and connection tokens.
• You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes.
• You must have authorization to remotely access any computer you connect to.
• You are responsible for ensuring proper permissions (accessibility, screen recording) are granted on your desktop computer.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the App to access computers without authorization
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
• Use the App in any way that could damage or impair the service

5. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by B19 Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Network conditions and device compatibility may affect performance.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, B19 Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
