1個人情報の定義

本プライバシーポリシーにおいて「個人情報」とは、生存する個人に関する情報であって、当該情報 に含まれる氏名、生年月日その他の記述等により特定の個人を識別することができるものを指します。

8-1. 収集するデータ

• 学習履歴：問題の正答率、学習時間、お気に入り登録された問題番号。これらは学習状況の分析および復習機能の提供のために使用されます。
• 端末情報：OSのバージョン、端末モデル名、アプリの利用統計データ。これらはアプリの不具合修正および利便性向上のために使用されます。
• 購入情報：App Storeを通じたサブスクリプションの有効期限および購入ステータス。

8-2. 利用目的

• ユーザーごとの学習進捗管理および復習機能の提供
• プレミアムプラン（有料機能）の提供および有効化
• アプリの品質向上および新機能の開発

9LogiTraceにおけるデータの取り扱い

本条は、当社が提供する運送業向け業務管理システム「LogiTrace」（Webダッシュボードおよびドラ イバー専用モバイルアプリケーション、以下「LogiTrace」）におけるデータの取り扱いについて定めます。LogiTraceは、トラック運送事業、タクシー事業、バス事業等の運送事業者を対象としたサービスです。

This article defines the handling of data in "LogiTrace," a transportation business management system provided by the Company (web dashboard and dedicated driver mobile application, hereinafter "LogiTrace"). LogiTrace is a service for transportation operators including trucking, taxi, and bus businesses.

9-1. 収集するデータ / Data We Collect

LogiTraceでは、サービス提供に必要な以下のデータを収集します。

LogiTrace collects the following data necessary for service provision.

（1）ユーザー情報 / User Information

• 氏名、メールアドレス、パスワード（ハッシュ化して保存）、会社情報
• Name, email address, password (stored as hash), company information

（2）運転者個人情報 / Driver Personal Information

• 運転免許情報（免許証番号、有効期限、種類）
• 健康診断記録
• 適性診断記録
• 教育・研修記録
• 事故・違反記録
• Driver's license information (license number, expiration date, type), health checkup records, aptitude test records, training records, accident/violation records

（3）位置情報 / Location Data

• GPS位置情報（緯度・経度・精度・速度）
• バックグラウンドでの位置情報取得
• 走行経路の記録
• GPS location data (latitude, longitude, accuracy, speed), background location tracking, route recording

（4）健康・体調データ / Health and Condition Data

• 点呼時の健康状態申告（体調、疲労度）
• 睡眠時間および十分性の自己申告
• Health condition declaration during roll call (physical condition, fatigue level), self-reported sleep duration and sufficiency

（5）アルコール検知データ / Alcohol Detection Data

• アルコール検知結果（手動入力値）
• BLE（Bluetooth Low Energy）アルコールチェッカーからの検知データ
• Alcohol detection results (manual input values), detection data from BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) alcohol checker devices

（6）写真データ / Photo Data

• 点呼時の顔写真
• 車両日常点検時の写真
• Face photos during roll call, vehicle daily inspection photos

（7）業務データ / Work Data

• 勤務記録（出勤・退勤時刻、運行時間）
• 日常点検記録
• 配車指示・運行指示情報
• Work records (clock-in/clock-out times, operation hours), daily inspection records, dispatch and operation instructions

（8）デバイス情報 / Device Information

• プッシュ通知トークン
• BLEデバイスID（アルコールチェッカー連携用）
• Push notification tokens, BLE device IDs (for alcohol checker integration)

（9）決済情報 / Payment Information

• Stripe決済プラットフォームを通じた課金情報（クレジットカード情報は当社サーバーには保存されません）
• Billing information through the Stripe payment platform (credit card information is not stored on our servers)

9-2. データの利用目的 / Purpose of Data Use

収集したデータは、以下の目的で利用します。

• 法令遵守：貨物自動車運送事業法、旅客自動車運送事業運輸規則等に基づく 法定記録の作成・保管
• Legal compliance: Creation and storage of legally required records based on the Motor Truck Transportation Business Act and Passenger Vehicle Transportation Business Operation Regulations
• 労務管理：運転者の勤務時間管理、改善基準告示への適合確認
• Labor management: Driver working hours management, compliance with improvement standards
• 安全管理：点呼の実施・記録、アルコールチェック、健康状態の把握
• Safety management: Roll call implementation/recording, alcohol checks, health condition monitoring
• 運行管理：GPS追跡による運行状況の把握、配車最適化
• Operation management: Operation status monitoring through GPS tracking, dispatch optimization
• 監査対応：行政監査に必要な帳票・記録の出力
• Audit compliance: Output of forms and records required for regulatory audits
• 資格管理：運転免許、健康診断、適性診断等の有効期限管理・アラート
• Qualification management: Expiration management and alerts for driver's licenses, health checkups, aptitude tests, etc.
• 経営分析：運行コスト分析、業務効率の改善
• Business analysis: Operation cost analysis, business efficiency improvement

9-3. 位置情報の取り扱い / Handling of Location Data

LogiTraceでは、以下の条件で位置情報を取得・利用します。

9-4. ドライバーの権利 / Driver's Rights

LogiTraceを利用するドライバーには、以下の権利があります。

Drivers using LogiTrace have the following rights.

• 位置情報の許可/拒否：端末のOS設定から位置情報の取得許可を管理できます。ただし、位置情報を拒否した場合、GPS運行記録機能は利用できません。
• Location permission/denial: Drivers can manage location permission from device OS settings. However, GPS operation recording functions will be unavailable if location access is denied.
• 乗務開始・終了の制御：位置情報の追跡は、ドライバー自身の「乗務開始」 操作によって開始され、「乗務終了」操作によって停止されます。
• Duty start/end control: Location tracking starts with the driver's own "Begin Duty" operation and stops with the "End Duty" operation.
• データの確認：自身の勤務記録、運行記録等をアプリ上で確認できます。
• Data review: Drivers can review their own work records and operation records within the app.
• 権限の取消：カメラ、位置情報、Bluetooth等の端末権限は、いつでもOS設定から取り消すことができます。
• Permission revocation: Device permissions for camera, location, Bluetooth, etc. can be revoked at any time from OS settings.

9-5. データの保存期間 / Data Retention Period

LogiTraceにおけるデータの保存期間は、ご利用プランにより異なります。

Data retention periods in LogiTrace vary by subscription plan.

契約終了後のデータは、法令に定める保存期間が経過した後、速やかに削除します。

Data after contract termination will be promptly deleted after the legally mandated retention period has elapsed.

9-6. 第三者への提供 / Disclosure to Third Parties

LogiTraceにおいて収集したデータは、以下の場合に第三者に提供されることがあります。

Data collected in LogiTrace may be disclosed to third parties in the following cases.

• 決済処理：Stripe, Inc.に対し、サブスクリプション決済に必要な情報を提 供します。
• Payment processing: Necessary information for subscription payments is provided to Stripe, Inc.
• クラウドインフラ：データは日本国内のクラウドサーバーに保存されます。
• Cloud infrastructure: Data is stored on cloud servers located in Japan.
• 法的要求：法令に基づく開示要求があった場合、必要な範囲で情報を提供す ることがあります。
• Legal requirements: Information may be disclosed to the extent necessary when required by law.
